For researchers, it is important not only to publish their research results in academic papers, but also to obtain patent rights.

We will hold two seminars to enhance your knowledge and understanding of patents: “Patent Basics”, designed for beginners with little or no prior knowledge of patents, and “Patent Advanced”, intended for those who wish to learn more deeply and specifically about patents. (Each seminar will be treated as a separate event.)

Please note that the seminars will be conducted in Japanese.

Note: If you have already participated in the same event in previous years, it will not be counted toward your event participation requirement for this year.

研究者にとって、研究成果を論文として発表するだけでなく、特許権を取得することも重要な役割です。

特許に関する理解を段階的に深めていただけるよう、特許に関する知識がない初心者向けの『入門編』、
より深く専門的に知りたい方向けの『応用編』（本セミナー）の2本立てで開催します。

入門編とともに応用編にも参加することにより、特許制度の理解を深めることができます。

特許セミナー （応用編）

特許の基礎知識をお持ちの方を対象に、特許の調べ方やどのような発明が特許取得の対象になるかを具体的に解説します。
また、海外での特許取得の方法についても紹介します。

参加対象者：Science Tokyo SPRING・BOOST支援学生、または東京科学大学の修士・博士課程学生
※どなたでも受講可能ですが、「特許セミナー（入門編）」を受講済みの方、または知的財産・特許制度の基礎的な知識をお持ちの方が望ましいです。
