本プログラムは、国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構（JST）「次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラム」の助成を受けて実施しています。JSTには毎年度成果を報告しており、この調査で得られた結果を利用します。正確なデータ収集のため、最後まで真剣にご協力ください。

明らかに不誠実・不適切な回答と判断される場合、再提出を求めることがあります。

1. 支援学生は全員、期限までに必ず回答してください。一部、各種報告書と重複する質問がありますが、ご了承ください。
2. 学籍番号及び氏名は、アンケート調査の提出・回答状況を確認するために使用します。アンケートの回答内容により、回答者が不利益を被るような使用は行いませんので、率直なご意見をお寄せください。いただいた貴重なご意見は、今後のプログラム運営の改善に活かされます。
3. 設問中の『今年度』は、2025年度（2025年4月～2026年3月）を指します。回答時期が年度の途中である場合は、その時点での状況に基づいてお答えください。

This program is implemented with funding from the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) under the “Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation” initiative. We report our results to JST every fiscal year, and the data collected through this survey will be used for that purpose. To ensure accurate data collection, we kindly ask for your sincere cooperation until the end of the survey.
If responses are deemed clearly insincere or inappropriate, you may be asked to resubmit your answers.

1)  All supported students are required to complete this survey by the deadline. Please note that some questions may overlap with other reports.
2)  Student ID numbers and names are used solely to confirm submission and response status. Your answers will not be used in any way that could disadvantage you. Therefore, we encourage you to share your honest opinions. Your valuable feedback will help improve future program operations.
3)  “This fiscal year” in the questions refers to the 2025 fiscal year (April 2025 – March 2026). If you are responding during the middle of the fiscal year, please answer based on your current situation.
