本プログラムは、文部科学省及び国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構（JST）「次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラム」の助成を受けて実施しています。このアンケート調査で得られた結果は、JSTへの本プログラムの成果報告に利用されることに加え、今後のプログラム運営の改善に活かされます。

支援学生は全員、期限までに必ず回答してください。
なお、質問については年度研究報告書と重複する部分がありますが、ご了承ください。
学籍番号及び氏名の記入はアンケート調査の提出状況を確認するためのものであり、回答と結びつけるものではありません。

This program is supported by the MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) and JST (Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation). Information obtained through this survey will be used for the program report which will be submitted to the JST. In addition, it will also be used to improve future program administration.

ALL of the supported students must take this survey before the deadline.
We apologize some questions may overlap with those in the annual research report.
Please note that entering your student ID number and name in the survey is just for the administrative staff to check the status of survey submission. What you answer in the survey will not be related to who you are.

This survey contains wide range of questions and you may be asked to describe your opinions.
